We are searching for an experienced DataOps Engineer to join our infrastructure and automation team that implements infrastructure-to-code migration. You will be in charge of the scope of the tasks related to the processes of automation of deploying database servers, building a database failover cluster, and its support. First of all, we are looking for a team player who is ready to share their expertise. We have a strong technical team, and we are ready to help you grow professionally.

​What You Will Be Doing:

• ​Work closely with the DevOps team to improve and automate infrastructure together.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to solve emerging issues;
• Deployment, support, configuration, and optimization of the DBMS infrastructure;
• Centralized management of product segments, staging, development, and testing;
• Setting up and support of monitoring systems;
• Process automation;
• Implementation of best practices and solutions for building a fault-tolerant and secure DBMS infrastructure.

​About You:

• At least three years of Linux administration;​
• Excellent knowledge of MySQL (MariaDB/PerconaDB) (fine settings, monitoring, query optimization);
• Experience with DBMS monitoring tools;
• The ability to understand code written by someone else;
• Experience writing playbooks and Ansible roles;
• Git version control system;
• Containerization/virtualization (Docker);
• Good level of English, at least upper-intermediate. Fluent Russian.

​Nice to have:

• Experience with ProxySQL, HA Proxy;
• Experience with Percona Toolkit;
• Experience with infrastructure as a code;
• Control of the organization and impact assessment of the measures taken and information protection facilities;
