UX (Product) Designer

We are searching for a UX (Product) Designer who will use the strong ability to empathize with users to create, enhance, and optimize the user experience for the company’s products. This role reports to the Head of Design.

We are creating a new product and seeking a UX Designer. This is an excellent opportunity to join the forming team and, with your design decisions, have a real impact on the product. This role reports to the Head of Design.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX, UI or Product Designer;
• Experience with driving and applying for user-centered design principles & work in agile development teams;
• Love working in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, and open-mindedness;
• Knowledge of how to translate data into design decisions;
• Ability to present your ideas and be confident about decisions you make;
• Expertise with design and ideation software like Figma, Miro, etc.;
• Critical eye and strong attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is a must.

A strong design portfolio with desktop/mobile works is compulsory for the application to be considered.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with members of product, development, and other team members to understand goals and product requirements.
• Brainstorm ideas and validate concepts.
• Create designs based on our Design System
• Create and deliver designs for easy-to-understand and enjoyable-to-use features and enhancements in the form of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Quickly assimilate complex and ambiguous ideas and propose elegant design solutions;
