We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record of launching new products to the market. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role that is both strategic and tactical. We drive 2,500,000 visitors monthly to 10 different products (verticals) while launching new verticals every 2 months. We’re looking for a self-starting team member who will own the launch process and help us make it more efficient.

This role is a full-time, work-from-home position. The position reports directly to the Head of Product Growth.

The Main Job for HomeBuddy PMMs:

The primary job for PMMs is to work on our main product - our website:

  • Create concepts for new pages;
  • Optimize existing pages based on performance and customer feedback, etc.

PMMs for HomeBuddy don’t do media buying, email marketing or social media. Their main focus is to help the rest of the team with everything on the front end of our product.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead new product (vertical) launches on Homebuddy: you will be responsible for gathering all needed information to set up and launch new verticals on the platform;
  • Work closely with a range of teams - product, sales, design, engineering, growth - to develop GTM strategy and drive launches for our products;
  • Research and develop concepts for website pages for new verticals;
  • Lead a team of product marketing managers;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key product stakeholders and decision-makers across product and marketing teams;
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience: conduct interviews, structure findings and present it to the whole team ensuring we all have great understanding of our TA;
  • Improve our launch/GTM process.

About you:

  • You have at least 4 years of full-time experience in the Product Marketing field;
  • You have launched multiple products to the market;
  • You have experience managing a team;
  • You know how to own and drive end-to-end successful projects at an individual and team level;
  • You know your current and future customers better than anyone. You’re adept at tailoring your messaging and strategy to meet the needs of your core audience;
  • You’re an outstanding communicator, especially with project stakeholders;
  • You have experience in working with designers, developers, testers, copywriters, media buyers, project and product managers;
  • You thrive in ambiguity; you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities/deadlines, while staying hyper-organized;
  • You have excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information for leadership;
  • You understand good design; you can easily create a mockup yourself;
  • Fluency in the English language (writing and speaking skills) is a must.
