We are searching for an experienced English teacher to join our team. Your primary target will be to create a supportive learning environment that will help our employees to meet their learning goals.

To be a successful one of the Sirens, you need to be passionate about being a part of a very dynamic, challenging, and fast-growing business. This position isn’t for you if you’re seeking a routine office job.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and lead the English-learning process for the company
  • Conducting online English lessons for the team (primarily IT-focused)
  • Organizing and leading an English-speaking club for the IT team in small groups
  • Prepare learning materials and engaging activities
  • Assess the English level of the team
  • Identify students with special requirements and create individualised plans.

About you:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in the English Language
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a teaching role in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of the methodology and techniques of teaching English
  • Experience working with IT teams; knowledge of IT terminology and processes
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to execute lessons with meaning in a fun and engaging manner
  • Fluent in English:)
