We are searching for an enthusiastic and open-minded Senior Client Relationship Manager who can find creative and effective ways to build, manage, and grow relationships with our clients and deliver exceptional service.

What you will do:

  • Your mission will be to become an advisor for up to 30 key accounts, grow client revenues, and prevent client churn.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
  • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
  • In every interaction with clients, you need to be prepared, present current results in the best light possible, analyze the campaigns to have a deep understanding of the performance, and make suggestions on where we (us and the client) can both grow.
  • This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical qualities.
  • You should have already demonstrated success in growing and protecting existing revenue, developing advisor-level relationships, and confidently presenting strategic recommendations, and discussing money and scope with clients.
  • This individual will be responsible for all aspects of their client portfolio's results (performance), relationship, and growth (expansion revenue and referral generation), and will be an integral member of a great team of like-minded professionals.
  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.

The ideal candidate: 

  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
  • Be results-driven, a problem solver, and have strong analytical capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
  • Familiar with digital marketing and advertising fundamentals
  • Comfortable presenting strategic recommendations despite resistance
  • Confidently handle objections and develop best practices
  • Experience growing and retaining client relationships
  • You're accountable for wins and loses and a natural problem solver
  • Provide and receive objective internal and external feedback
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is an asset.
