We are searching for an enthusiastic and open-minded Talent Acquisition Lead. This role requires an individual who can work independently to lead the recruitment processes and team of recruiters. A positive attitude, effective communication, and attention to detail are must-have attributes for this role. The position reports to the HR Director.

What you will do:

  • Leading, developing, coaching, and motivating the Recruitment team;
  • Developing and improving recruitment processes;
  • Interviewing candidates for managerial positions;
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior team leaders to assess their recruitment needs, create strong job descriptions, set timelines, and work on hiring strategy for each open position;
  • Ensure an amazing candidate experience at every stage of the process (including application, interviews, and communication);
  • Leading employer branding activities;
  • Use metric-driven data to help create alternative models and approaches and to enhance; candidate sourcing and execution of recruiting practices and capabilities;
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire;
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of Siren;
  • Continue improving our onboarding process;
  • Together with the entire HR team, work on continuously improving employee satisfaction and strengthening the Siren culture.

About You:

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in talent acquisition in a truly full life cycle Recruitment role (in-house experience is mandatory; in IT companies is a plus)
  • 2+ years in a Talent Acquisition Lead / Manager or similar position; great team-management abilities and leadership skills
  • Solid experience of leading employer branding initiatives
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Good understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social networks)
  • Experience closing candidates, which includes negotiation skills;
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Familiar with modern recruitment tools 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships 
  • Fluent English; Fluent Russian will be a significant advantage
