We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Data and Analytics team. The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for building, leading, and growing a team of Data Analysts. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in analytical and leadership roles who can establish a scalable requesting process for analytical insights and automated reporting. This role reports to the Director of Data & Analytics.

What you will be doing:

  • Scale and lead a team of Data Analysts that will be positioned as data analytics business partners for business stakeholders;
  • Participate in a team performance review to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Coach and mentor Data Analysts to help them grow;
  • Plan the structure of business intelligence reporting to enable self-service and ensure consistency and strong governance;
  • Build and manage a backlog of analytical requests, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities;
  • Support business stakeholders in designing KPIs, defining relevant metrics, and accurate interpretation of data;
  • Ensure data literacy education and training for team members and business stakeholders.

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics or related field and 2+ years of leadership experience;
  • Experience in recruiting, building, growing high-performing teams;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & business acumen;
  • Track record setting up, improving, and documenting processes and building organizational transparency;
  • Expertise in Snowflake or similar, SQL, Python, Business Intelligence tools (Preset, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI), Jira, and colaboratory notebooks (Datalore);
  • Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in SaaS or Marketplace company.
