We are seeking an enthusiastic and open-minded Client Onboarding Specialist who can leverage their creativity and expertise to establish, oversee, and enhance relationships with our clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service throughout the onboarding process and preparing new clients for a long-term relationship.

 What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary documentation and information from clients, such as campaign requirements, API information, and billing information
  • Utilize various tools and software to manage records, documents, and data related to client onboarding, ensuring efficient organization and easy access for relevant teams
  • Develop and maintain an onboarding roadmap and project plan for each client, outlining key milestones, tasks, and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues that may arise
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance client satisfaction, and drive efficiency.

About you:

  • 1-3 years experience in a client-facing role, preferably in client onboarding, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts
  • Familiar with digital marketing and advertising fundamentals.
  • Provide and receive objective internal and external feedback.
