We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to research new marketing opportunities and processes and assist the marketing team in current endeavours. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

What you will be doing:


Assist with marketing needs which includes:

  • Monitoring and setting up direct buys
  • Researching website updates
  • Trade Show research and planning 
  • Publication & Industry association research
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Research new platforms/tech that can automate marketing/increase efficiencies


Be the liaison between marketing and the design team and oversee projects such as:

  • Updating the HomeBuddy business cards
  • Updating marketing materials for trade shows
  • New marketing materials, as needed


Assist with HubSpot:

  • Set up and monitor reporting
  • Assist with the Marketing Hub
  • Updating marketing emails, sequences, and workflows


About you:

  • Experience in Analytics/Marketing
  • A minimum of one year of experience in HubSpot- Especially reporting and the Marketing Hub.
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and able to use formulas and create reports
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written at an upper-intermediate level, are vital for this role
  • A minimum of 3 years in a marketing role
  • You’re highly motivated, have initiative, goal-oriented, an excellent team player, and attentive to details.
